This result is a clear indication that our commitment to continuous improvement and service ensures that our customers are not just satisfied, but highly likely to recommend our services to others.

What Does an NPS of +52 Mean?

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely recognised metric created by Bain & Company for measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty using a feedback scale from 1-10,  asking “How likely are you to recommend us to your friends or colleagues?”. By applying a formula, the NPS customer service result ranges from -100 to +100, and a score above 50 is considered excellent. Achieving a +52 demonstrates that the majority of our customers are not only happy with our services but are also enthusiastic advocates of Compu-Stor, willing to recommend us to colleagues, partners, and other businesses.

Taking an average of the 1-10 scale, we scored a remarkable 9 out of 10.
