What’s new at Compu-Stor

New Location

It’s been an exciting quarter for Compu-Stor with new customers, new staff, a new location, and updates to our core products. Read on to find out what’s new at Compu-Stor.

Compu-Stor wins new Government customer

We are proud to announce that we have recently signed the NSW Department of Justice as a new customer. The Department went to tender for records management services and selected Compu-Stor as their preferred provider due to our:

  • unique ability to service their physical storage requirements; and
  • our proposal to strategically plan and assist with rolling out their digitisationjourney.

Winning the contract to service the NSW Department of Justice further cements Compu-Stor as a preferred supplier to the public sector.

New staff and new location for NSW

Continuing the east coast theme, thanks to strong growth in our NSW market we have recruited Damian Paynter as our new East Coast Operations Manager. Damian comes to Compu-Stor with years of management-level experience in a variety of operational environments including freight, asset, fleet, and inventory management. He has a proven track record of successfully implementing multi-million dollar process improvement initiatives.

One of Damian’s first projects for Compu-Stor was overseeing the recent relocation of our NSW operations from Riverwood to a larger facility in Camellia in western Sydney. The move was necessitated due to the sustained growth we have achieved in NSW in recent years. Our new facility has us well positioned to capitalise on future grow opportunities moving forward. The relocation was successfully completed in September and we have been operating out of our new facility (at 11A Grand Avenue, Rosehill Business Park, Camellia, NSW 2142) since September 3.

CIMS update: New features now available

We are continuously working to improve our service offering to our customers. This includes ongoing maintenance and enhancement of CIMS, our custom-built online records management system. Some key new features have recently been released in CIMS, including:

  • Customer Service Rating: Our customers now have the opportunity to choose to rate our services on each work order that they request. This tool enables us to monitor our customers’ satisfaction levels so that we can promptly investigate and respond to any concerns or recommendations for improvements.
  • Work Order View: Users with CIMS access can now view the status of all work orders submitted for their authorised accounts. This means that customers can now view items that other team members have requested for work orders, as well as now being able to track orders in real time.

Some recent feedback submitted via our new Customer Service Rating tool from one of our CIMS customers: “I can only offer congratulations on continued excellent service and encouragement to keep up the high standard. Always ready to help no matter what the query may be or to whom it is received by. All staff always helpful and courteous. Thank you.”
